Refugee Tube

Claus Schnetzer and Gregor Pils are two outstanding young architects.
Their solutions for the future include a low energy building built of wooden paletts.
Last year they built a school out of paletts in a township in Johannesburg.
In this video you find their latest innovation: it´s a refugee tube for disaster victims. It was produced during the INEX sustainability challenge. All aid supplies are delivered on wooden paletts. See how it works.
By the way the 2 smart experts were among the highlights of TEDxPannonia 2010, and they are nominated as the project leaders for the Solardecathlon in 2012
