It’s the target of DREAM ACADEMIA to build a lasting structure. What does this structure look like?
Talents become experts. Let’s take the example of Max Schwinghammer: Once he reaches his target, the NHL-Pro, he will help young talents find their way in playing hockey. The DREAM ACADEMIA is unique: it ensures that talents receive a perfect and lasting education to find their way in society, even when they don’t fully realize their ultimate dreams. They will fulfil another dream and will live life to the fullest.
What does your dream-environment in which you are able to put your ideas into practice look like?
We all work in different professions. They are all related with the work of the DREAM ACADEMIA such as, e.g. PR-Pro, life coach, sports manager and creative agency, etc. There are countless other professions and, in the course of time they will be needed. Everyone who helps the DREAM ACADEMIA helps talents fulfil their dreams by working in their own dream profession. That’s the environment of the idea. It will expand all over the world and will leave its footprints. For sure.

What are the guidelines for selecting talents? Do they have to be of a specific age or do they come from a specific profession?
No. Neither the age, nor the profession is important. Naturally, there will be more young talents, but age is definitely no precondition.
How do you develop the strategies for these talents?
After scanning a talent, the profession that the individual wants to attain gets analyzed. The DREAM ACADEMIA looks for the best suitable experts in a field and invites them to join the project. The talents will be educated by the best experts in the world. Simultaneously, the experts build a network and a knowledge basis.
For example: let’s say, a highly talented violin-player comes to the DREAM ACADEMIA with his dream: he wants to become the best violin player in the world. We will then search for experts in this field, and we will invite them to educate our talent. Through the already existing global networks, the world becomes a” village”. That’s the reason why we can draw from the best of East and West.
Our long-term vision is a competence centre, a kind of DREAM ACADEMIA village, similar to silicon valley in California. We are thinking of a location between East and West near the Austrian-Hungarian border.
